3. Accounts
- You must be 18 or older to register.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- An account may only be used by one person.
- Account sharing or transfer is prohibited.
4. Subscriptions & Payment
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually.
- Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each period.
- You can cancel at any time — access continues until the end of the paid period.
- Partial-period refunds are not offered.
5. Acceptable Use
The following uses are prohibited:
- Automated scraping of Platform data
- Unauthorised API access
- Republishing Platform content without permission
- Behaviour that degrades the experience for other users
- Attempts to compromise Platform security
6. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms, designs and trademarks on the Skoor Platform are owned by Skoor. The analysis system, metric infrastructure and the market selection algorithm are trade secrets.
7. Changes to the Service
Skoor reserves the right to change features, pricing and content with prior notice. Pricing on existing subscriptions is honoured until the end of the current period.
8. Termination
Skoor reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account at any time.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices.
